¡Bienvenidos a primer grado! Mi nombre es Jazmin Lopez y estoy muy emocionada de ser parte de la familia de Las Academias EJE. Este será mi primer año en Las Academias EJE  y mi primer año como maestra. Recibí mi maestría en educación y mi credencial de materias múltiples de la Universidad de California, San Diego (UCSD). Yo soy originaria de San Diego y me encanta pasar tiempo viajando y conociendo lugares nuevos con mi familia. Yo estoy muy orgullosa de ser una estudiante universitaria de primera generación. Mi objetivo es crear una comunidad de apoyo en mi salón con mucho amor. Me encanta ser parte del crecimiento y el progreso de mis estudiantes en su educación. Estoy emocionada de aprender y crecer con mis estudiantes de primer grado. ¡Estoy segura de que tendremos un gran año escolar!

Welcome to first grade! My name is Jazmin Lopez and I am a proud first-generation college graduate, excited to be part of the EJE Academies family. This will be my first year at EJE Academies and first year as a teacher. I received my B.S. in Education Sciences and B.A. in Psychology from the University of California, San Diego (UCSD). I also received my Masters of Education and multiple subject teaching credential with a bilingual authorization from UCSD. I am originally from San Diego and I love to travel and get to know new places with my family. My goal is to create a supportive community in my classroom with a lot of love. I love being a part of students' journeys and progress in their education when I see a student’s face light up as they learn something new. I am excited to learn and grow with my first grade students. I am sure we will have a great school year!
