Paquete de tarea/Homework Packet
Estimados padres de familia,
Está disponible un paquete creado por las maestras de tercer grado para continuar apoyando al aprendizaje de nuestros estudiantes durante estas circunstancias. Esperamos continuar apoyando de manera virtual. Tendremos recursos que los estudiantes pueden utilizar a través de la página web de EJE Elementary Academies para tener las herramientas necesarias para que los estudiantes continúen trabajando en casa. Cualquier duda o pregunta favor de hacérnosla saber, ya que nuestra meta es asegurar que nuestros estudiantes continúen practicando lo que hemos aprendido en el salón. Apreciamos su apoyo durante este proceso y espero que ustedes y sus familias se encuentren bien.
El paquete estará disponible para recoger en la oficina de EJE a partir del martes, 17 de marzo y el miércoles, 18 de marzo.

Dear parents and families,
There is a packet available that was created by the 3rd grade teachers to continue supporting our students learning at home considering the current circumstances. We hope to continue supporting them virtually. We have resources for the students to continue their learning on our EJE Elementary Academies websites which will provide students with the necessary tools to continue their work and learning at home. Please feel free to contact us with any questions as we work to ensure students continue to practice what we have learned in the classroom. We appreciate your support during this process and we hope you and your families are safe and well.
The packet will be available for pick at the EJE office from Tuesday, March 17th- Wednesday, March 18th

!Hola! Mi nombre es Mayra Castorena y soy maestra de tercer grado. Este es mi tercer año trabajando en EJE y mi segundo año como maestra de tercero. Me gradué de la Universidad Estatal de San Diego en el 2014. Estoy muy emocionada por continuar enseñando y formar parte de una escuela bilingüe. Mi meta como maestra de tercero es promover el amor a la lectura y la discusión para poder proporcionarles a los estudiantes oportunidades múltiples de compartir sus pensamientos y su proceso de pensar. Al igual manera, mi meta es crear una comunidad en el salón. Realmente me apasiona trabajar con los niños y sé que este año estará lleno de aprendizaje y experiencias nuevas.
Hello! My name is Mayra Castorena and I am a third grade teacher. This will be my third year working at EJE, and my second year as a third grade teacher. I graduated from San Diego State University in 2014. I am really excited to continue teaching and to be part of a bilingual school. My goal as a third grade teacher is to promote the love of reading and discussion by providing multiple opportunities for students to share their thoughts and thinking processes. At the same time, my goal is to create a community in the classroom. I am really passionate about working with children, and I know this year will be full of learning and new experiences.
