It is with great pleasure that I introduce myself to you on my second year teaching at EJE Academies. My name is Alexandra Rocha and I was born and raised in National City, CA. I am the second to oldest of a family of six and the first person in my family to have both attended and graduated from a four-year university. Against all odds I graduated from San Diego State University with a Bachelor’s of Arts and Sciences in Spanish Language and continued my education there to receive a teaching credential. Prior to working here at EJE Academy, I worked at Chula Vista Learning Community Charter School and the Sweetwater Union High School District. I am most excited and looking forward to this upcoming school year. I am committed to helping my future students succeed and make this a great last year at EJE Academies for you all.


Es con gran placer que me presento con todos ustedes en mi segundo año de enseñanza en EJE Academies Charter. Mi nombre es Alexandra Rocha y soy originaria de National City, CA. Pertenezco a una hermosa familia de seis y soy la primera persona en mi familia en asistir y graduarse de una universidad. Me gradué de la Universidad Estatal de San Diego con una licenciatura en Artes y Ciencias de Lengua Española y continué mi educación allí para recibir una credencial de enseñanza. Antes de trabajar aquí en EJE, trabaje en Chula Vista Learning Community Charter School y en el Distrito Escolar de Sweetwater. Estoy muy emocionada y espero con ancias este próximo año escolar y me comprometo a ayudar a mis futuros estudiantes a tener éxito y hacer de este un gran año para todos ustedes en EJE Academies Charter.
