We hope that you are doing well and that you are in good health. This message is to request your support with a survey. With the school year coming to a close, we want to hear from you as we prepare for the 2021-2022 school year! Your feedback is critical. Please provide your honest thoughts to help us better understand your family’s needs at this time so we can best support you and your child as we continue in the school year. Please fill out the following parent survey and keep in mind that if you have a child in both the elementary and the middle school you will need to complete both surveys by Monday, June 7th. Students in grades 3rd-8th will also be taking a student survey with their teacher. Thank you!

Este mensaje es para solicitar su apoyo para completar una encuesta. ¡Con el final del año escolar, queremos saber de usted para prepararnos para el año escolar 2021-2022! Tus comentarios son fundamentales. Por favor proporcione sus pensamientos honestos para ayudarnos a comprender mejor las necesidades de su familia en este momento para que podamos brindarle el mejor apoyo a usted y a su hijo mientras continuamos el año escolar.
