Good morning, there are no TenMarks due this week. Instead I asked for students to finish their study guide by Friday and to study over the weekend for their final assessment on Monday and Tuesday.

Hope everyone has enjoyed their spring break until now and is ready for school! Just wanted to let you guys know that my gradebook has been down for almost a week now. I am not able to log in. Therefore, if there is a mistake or an absence of a grade please write down a note for me (with your name on it) and put it on my desk when you enter my classroom. I will get to it as soon as my gradebook is fixed. Thank you all and see you soon!

Espero que estén disfrutando sus vacaciones! Les quería hacer saber que no he podido editar/modificar las calificaciones porque no sirve mi gradebook y no lo puedo accesar. Si hay algún error o alguna ausencia de una calificación en tus grados para mi clase, favor de escribirme una nota y ponerla en mi escritorio en cuanto entres a mi clase. Asegúrate que tenga tu nombre y lo arreglare en cuanto pueda accesar gradebook. Nos vemos pronto!

Buenas tardes, la tarea que les sugiero a los estudiantes para las vacaciones es leer un libro de capítulos entero y escribir un resumen. Les sugiero leer 30 minutos diarios entre semana.

Me acabo de informar que las boletas no las van a enviar hasta mañana (martes). Entonces, las deberán de estar recibiendo a finales de esta semana. Favor de quedarse con una copia y regresar la otra firmada con su estudiante.  Disculpen la confusión.

 

También, el miércoles se vencen los permisos y el dinero ($42) para el ultimo paseo a Medieval Times y el Museo "Bodies" en Buena Park. Favor de entregarla si no lo ha hecho aun y su hijo/a va a participar.

Good afternoon families,

 

I have just realized that the report cards are still being held at the office and will be sent out (mailed) tomorrow. You should be receiving them by the end of this week.  Please keep a copy and return the other copy signed as soon as possible. I apologize for the confusion and thank you for understanding. 

 

Also, on Wednesday, the permission slip and money ($42) for our last field trip, the Medieval Times and Bodies Museum is due. Please turn that in by Wednesday to your child's homeroom teacher if your child is participating.

If you would like to make up the quiz from Friday, I will allow you to retake it tomorrow after school. You must attend the mandatory tutoring after school and then retake the quiz before you leave. See you tomorrow!
